How to request a quote
- Home: choose Home, enter an email address, then the property address. One property per home request.
- Business: choose Business, enter an email address, then each location (up to 50, each named, measured and given its own services, with optional contract term and renewal preferences).
- Each request gets a permanent reference shown on the page (q_ followed by an identifier). The reference identifies the request; it is not a password and does not give access to it.
- To send the request for review, the customer opens the one-time sign-in link Busy Bee emails them and sends it from the customer portal.

- Set by Busy Bee after reviewing the request. There is no instant, binding price.
- Prices per visit set by Busy Bee after review, shown in the customer portal with a projected yearly total and average per month. The projection is not a bill or payment schedule.
- A change to an approved service or appointment, sent through the portal. It stays a request until Busy Bee acts on it.
- Only a visit the portal shows as “Confirmed” after booking. A preferred start date or a request for help scheduling is not an appointment.
